BULL-BOND® ELASTO ACRYL™ sellador e imprimante penetrante, transparente, 100% acrílico y alto en sólidos. Un imprimante impermeabilizante para concreto, albañilería y superficies en madera, usado previo a la aplicación de selladores de techo o acabados de pared o piso. Formulado con polímeros compuestos de partículas ultra pequeñas, lo que contribuye a que el sellador penetre profundamente en la estructura interna del substrato. Luego del curado, esta penetración resulta en la saturación permanente de los poros y micro-grietas del material, logrando impermeabilización profunda. Su acabado pegajoso provee para una adhesión fuerte al sustrato para capas posteriores de selladores o pinturas.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

BULL-BOND® PRO-SIL™ is a high-solids, 100% silicone, elastomeric, ultra-white cool roof coating, formulated to seal, protect and waterproof roofs in extreme tropical climates. PRO-SIL™ is based of pure silicone rubber which makes it an inorganic coating material. This is why it is completely inert to bacteria, fungi and algae growth therefore resistant to permanent ponded water conditions. The chemical composition of PRO-SIL™ makes it extremely durable and cleanable for the entire roof life. PRO-SIL™ high reflectivity is due to the coating’s ultra-white finish that reflects the sun’s heat and UV rays; as a result, PRO-SIL™ cools the roof surface, reducing interior temperatures and cooling costs. Approved by NSF P151 Protocol; Rain water Catchment System Components. This NSF program P151 Protocol, establishes and certifies testing guidelines for products that come in direct contact with rainwater that in use for drinking products certified do not impart contaminants into the rainwater in direct contact with them.

Primer-PLUS™ is manufactured using water based 100% acrylic polymers with a patented ULTRA SMALL particle size distribution. This product is the system’s protective barrier against water, moisture and humidity infiltration. Primer-PLUS™ is also the system’s intercoat primer and adhesion promoter.

BULL-BOND® ELASTOFILLER™ is a white, acrylic, waterproofing sealant and filler. This product is a high-solids, high-build sealant for filling, sealing and hiding cracks, joints and concrete imperfections in both exterior and interior applications. The membrane’s fiber reinforcement provides hardness, durability, a high resistance to tension and the ability to bridge small cracks. PROFLEX ™ is highly resistant to mildew, fungus, algae growth, ponded water and has strong adhesion to the substrate with or without the use of a primer. The coating’s high reflectivity is due to the coating’s ultra-white finish that reflects the sun’s heat and UV rays; as a result, PROFLEX™ cools the roof surface, reducing interior temperatures and cooling costs. BASIC USES

DUROSEAL™ liquid applied membrane can be used in a variety of applications where high flexibility, excellent water tightness and good bonding to cement based materials are desired. Typical DUROSEAL™ Membrane
waterproofing applications Include:
- Floors - Use beneath self-leveling floor products, above cement underlayments, or below tile setting mortars. Use to repair punctured waterproofing systems.
- Below Grade- The DUROSEAL™ liquid membrane can be used as part of a below ground waterproofing system with a polymeric (SABAKRETE™) cement protection barrier over the membrane.
- Walls- The DUROSEAL™ has outstanding bond to many types of wall surfaces. It is used to water and vapor-proof exterior composite wall systems and exterior CMU/Cement plaster walls in high rises.
- Roofs -The liquid membrane is used as the principal waterproofing coating under roofs with Spanish tiles or other roof tiles. It is used for elastomeric waterproofing and for re-roofing repairs along with the appropriate topcoats .
- Tiles- The membrane is put to use as an impermeable and ANTI-FRACTURE barrier under tiles & other floor finishes in wet areas such as: balconies, bathrooms, terraces, shower pans, counter tops, kitchens, shopping mall food courts, food processing areas, decorative fountains.DUROSEAL ™prevents cracking and the projection of plywood and cement board’s joints. Controls non-structural cracks up to 1/8” wide as an ANTI-FRACTURE or crack resistant tile protection system.
- Water Tanks- The membrane performs well even when continuously immersed underwater. DUROSEAL™ membrane is recommended for waterproofing cisterns and water tanks, when used in conjunction with a polymeric (SABAKRETE™) cement protection barrier for optimum durability and leak free performance. Can also be used for waterproofing decorative fountains. Do not use in Potable water systems for human consumption. Product is not toxic; however it has not been approved by NSF-61.
