BULL-BOND® SUPER PC™ es una solución liquída polimérica a base de agua, no re-emulsificable, y resistente a la exposición al agua y humedad. Este látex a base de agua se utiliza como un aditivo para mejorar las propiedades de las mezclas a base de cemento Portland. SUPER PC™ también se utiliza para proporcionar un medio adhesivo no re-emulsificable que prepara a los sustratos de hormigón para la aplicación de empañetado y estuco sobre superficies de hormigón existentes. Este producto es ideal para superficies horizontales (techos) interiores y superficies verticales (paredes) en interiores y exteriores con exposición frecuente al agua y humedad.

TEXTURIZED PLASTERING BONDING ADHESIVE

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

BULL-BOND® TEX-GOLD™ is a liquid synthetic polymer adhesive with a texturized finish resistant to intermitent moisture exposure. This synthetic polymer emulsion is the premium bonding adhesive used for plastering applications. It provides a permanent bond for fresh cement mortars and plastering mixes to structurally sound concrete surfaces. Once applied and cured it re-activates when in contact with fresh cementitious mixes regaining wet tack and developing outstanding adhesive properties to the freshy applied cement mortars and plaster mixes. Its texturized finish provides a ‘‘Quick Grip’’ mechanical adhesion to the fresh plastering mortar. TEX -GOLD ™ produces a water resistant adhesive film that withstands increased water exposure while mantaining wet bonding strength when compared to other re-emulsifiable adhesives. TEX-GOLD™ eliminates the need for mechanical devices to join the plaster coat. Plaster placement rate is increased significantly, resulting in greater worker productivity and a reduction of the project delivery time while upgrading the stucco finish quality. CONCRYL™

ACRYLIC LATEX ADMIXTURE & BONDING ADHESIVE

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

BULL-BOND® CONCRYL™ is an acrylic co-polymer liquid solution that is non re-emulsifiable and 100% water resistant. This water-based latex is used as an admixture to greatly improve the properties of Portland cement based mixes. This polymer cement modification is suitable for bonding slurries over smooth surfaces to provide adhesion, concrete repair, concrete leveling, concrete resurfacing, renders, smoothing irregular and deteriorated profiles, plastering and underlayments. Some of the benefits of producing latex-modified cementitious mixes with CONCRYL™ are superior substrate adhesion, an increase tensile and flexural strengths, improved abrasion resistance, extended durability, water reduction, enhanced workability and better flow. CONCRYL™ is also used as a non-rewetable bonding agent and as a primer to provide an adhesive medium that prepares and seals concrete substrates for the application of cementitious mixes over existing concrete surfaces. This type of use is ideal for surfaces with frequent exposure to water and for exterior plastering applications. Meets ASTM C-1059 Type II and ASTM C-932.

SABAKRETE™

SYNTHETIC RUBBER LATEX ADMIXTURE & BONDING ADHESIVE

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

BULL-BOND® SABAKRETE™ is a liquid solution of synthetic rubber that is non re-emulsifiable and highly water resistant. This premium water-based latex is added to cementitious mixes and/or used as a bonding adhesive to achieve permanent adhesion to concrete surfaces and to greatly improve the properties of Portland cement based mixes. The polymer cement modification with SABAKRETE™ is ideal for concrete roof leveling, creating auxiliary slopes for proper drainage, resurfacing, bonding slurries, structural concrete repair, water-tight plastering of submerged concrete surfaces, thin-layer toppings, thin-set mortars, screeds, renders and to repair irregular, deteriorated and delaminated concrete. SABAKRETE™ can also be used as a non-rewetable bonding adhesive for the application of cementitious mixes over existing concrete surfaces. This type of use is ideal for surfaces with frequent exposure to water and for general exterior applications. SABAKRETE™ is a concentrated product and must be diluted with water before use. Meets ASTM C-1059 Type II, ASTM C-932 and ANSI A-118.4.

- Protect steel reinforced concrete built in/or adjacent to salt water
