Bull-Bond® Stucco-Pro EIFS is a high performance Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS) for commercial and residential construction which utilizes exterior continuous insulation and acrylic waterproofing finishes.
The system is designed to withstand the most demanding tropical conditions and to resists constant humidity, mildew, fungus, algae growth, and alkalinity. It provides a though and durable finish with increased mechanical properties, adhesion, water tightness, and puncture resistance.

COMPONENTES
1. BULL-BOND® DUROSEAL™ YELLOW PRIMER
Pore sealing primer and adhesion promoter that prepares the concrete surface prior to the DUROSEAL™ MEMBRANE application and provides additional moisture and water protection.
2. BULL-BOND® DUROSEAL™ MEMBRANE
Black synthetic rubber coating that performs as an air, vapor and water barrier protection intercoat.
3. BULL-BOND® THERMO-BOND™
Adhesive mortar for bonding EPS (expanded polystyrene) and XPS (extruded polystyrene) insulating boards to the concrete or masonry base. Adheres directly to the DUROSEAL™ MEMBRANE while bonding the insulation foam boards.
4. BULL-BOND® PRO-LATH™
Plastering plastic lath used to provide a mechanical bond to the cementitious finishing mortar. PRO-LATH™ is attached by mechanical means to the top face of the foam insulation boards with screws that anchor directly to the structural concrete or CMU base. Resistant to the corrosion effects of salt spray that is prevalent in most of PR. Other systems use galvanized metal lath that has not passed the test of time in outdoor plaster finishes in coastal areas of PR.
5. BULL-BOND® PLASTER PRO™
Dry cement-based blend used as the plastering finish layer. PLASTER PRO™ is packaged in a 50 pound powder bag.
6. BULL-BOND® CONCRYL™
Acrylic latex admixture that increases the mechanical properties, adhesion, water tightness and durability of the PLASTER PRO™ cementitious mixes.
7. BULL-BOND® PRO WALL PRIMER™
Acrylic wall primer that works as a preparatory wall sealer and stain-blocker that stops moisture and water intrusion, prevents efflorescence, provides initial coverage and promotes adequate adhesion of the finish paint coats.
8. BULL-BOND® PRO DRY™ SMOOTH FINISH
Acrylic waterproofing paint finish that provides a final hydrophobic seal that resists wind-driven rain and hydrostatic pressure. Offered in specialized exterior FACADE colors that are resistant to fading, UV rays, blushing, efflorescence, and defacing.
