BULL-BOND® PRO DRY™ es una pintura impermeabilizante a base de acrílico para uso en paredes de concreto y albañilería. Formulada especialmente para condiciones tropicales, PRO DRY™ resiste la humedad
constante, hongos, algas, alcalinidad y otros problemas que trae el clima de Puerto Rico. Su tecnología de polímeros particularizados y latex crea un sellado penetrante, impermeable y duradero sobre superficies de concreto y albañilería.

Limited Warranty – Bull-Bond® Pro-Dry™ Waterproofing Paint
ConsPro Corp. guarantees customer satisfaction with this product for 20 years from purchase date when applied to a properly prepared uncoated surface in accordance with the label directions. If the product does not perform as advertised, ConsPro Corp. will, at its option and upon proof of purchase, either furnish an equivalent amount of new product or refund the purchase price. This warranty applies only to the original residential customer and is not-transferable.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from: (A) natural disasters, vermin, or acts of God, (B) misuse, abuse or negligence, (C) lack of maintenance, (D) installation failures such as improper surface preparation and improper application of the coating, (E) fire, faulty construction or design, inadequate drainage or other failure of the structure, (F) abrasion or exposure to harmful chemicals, (G) surface deposition of mildew, dirt or any contaminant that can be removed through periodic cleaning and maintenance, (H) failure of the substrate (mechanical, structural or otherwise and whether resulting from building movement, design defects or other causes), (I) impact of foreign objects or defacing due to high winds with debris. ConsPro Corp. is not responsible for leaks and damage resulting from water entry from any portion of the structure not a part of the coated area or from areas adjacent to windows, doors, vents, air conditioning units, and/or other openings on the coated area.
ConsPro Corp. will not be liable for incidental or consequential damages of any sort that may occur to the structure or its contents. ConsPro Corp. shall not be liable for any damages which are based upon negligence, strict liability or any other theory of liability other than the exclusive liability set forth in this warranty.
ConsPro Corp's delay or failure in enforcing the terms and conditions contained in this Warranty shall not operate as a waiver of such terms and conditions.
